It's our mission to make products that are as unique and wonderful as you. If after receiving your order the craftsmenship doesn't meet your standards, please let us know. We truly want to hear from you so we can make it better!

Simply reach out to us at kraftykreationsbytina@gmail.com with the details of your concern within 15 days of receipt of your order and we'll do our best to address your needs! If for some reason we feel we're unable to address your concerns we can process a full refund within 30 days of delivery of you order.
